Campaign Statement Filer Access Portal
Use the Campaign Statement Filer Access Portal to create and file electronic campaign statements free of charge.
To use the NetFile system, you must have an E-Filing System filer identification number and password
from the Office of the City Clerk. If you are going to make an Independent Expenditure or Major Donation
and do not have a NetFile account, you must contact the City Clerk during business hours to set up an

Form 700 Statement of Economic Interests (SEI) Public Access Portal
Use the (SEI) Form 700 Public Access Portal to view filed Statements of Economic Interests. The
Political Reform Act (Gov. Code sections 81000 - 91014) requires local government officials and
designated employees to publicly disclose their personal assets and income. They also must disqualify
themselves from participating in decisions which may affect their personal economic interests.
